a new seminar series commencing in January 2025.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of

SYNC (Sinai-NYSCF-CEPM)

This collaborative effort between Mount Sinai’s Institute for Regenerative Medicine, the Mount Sinai/Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Center for Engineering in Precision Medicine (CEPM), and the New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF), aims to spotlight groundbreaking research harnessing induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to develop patient-specific therapies and revolutionize our approach to complex diseases.

SYNC marks the convergence of a critical mass of investigators from all three institutions, uniting under one roof at 619 West 54th Street to leverage iPSCs and biomedical engineering to advance human health. This milestone highlights the expanding footprint of basic and translational research at Mount Sinai’s West Side campus.
